Why the Seychelles should NOT be your next trip.

Every other beach that you go to in the rest of the world won`t seem quite as impressive as you once thought it was. To be serious, there are significant drawbacks to visiting the Seychelles- namely, paradise costs money (a lot of money). If Budget Friendly isn`t your highest priority, you will be able to call home some of the most luxurious five star resorts in the world. BUT it is also definitely possible to travel the Seychelles for under $100 US dollars per day- the key is to stay in self-catering units with kitchens and cook your own food. You can also travel like the locals and take buses or bikes around the islands to keep costs down. Given that the islands have only been populated for 250 years, it shouldn`t come as a surprise that you won`t find a lot of Culture & History here. And lastly, if you are looking for nightlife, large shopping malls, and other forms of Entertainment you will probably have to wait until you are somewhere other than 1,000 miles of the coast of eastern Africa.
